OPEX AS180

The AS180 is a retail payment automation workstation comprised of two proven OPEX technologies: The OPEX Model 51 Rapid Extraction Desk and IEM (Image Export Module). 

Combining mail extraction with an electronic check delivery platform, the AS180 offers streamlined remittance processing at a low cost. Imaging and recognition occur in conjunction with mail extraction, which eliminates a separate first pass process and reduces information management risks.

Handling both single and multiple check and coupon transactions, the AS180 can capture virtually any retail payment in a single pass. The process starts by loading mail onto the extraction desk where it is opened and extracted. Checks and stubs are then placed into the drop slot.

The AS180 will read the MICR and take crisp images of the items.  Whether upgrading an existing Model 51 or starting with a new integrated system, the AS180 is seamlessly implemented into retail payment processing workflows.
