Our Professional Services staff provides immediate assistance during your local business hours, during extended hours or 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Depending on your requirements, we can arrange for support on a per incident fee basis or on an annual fixed agreement fee.

Using a sophisticated remote connection application, we can, with your permission, remotely access and view your environment in real-time. This enables us to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot issues, resolve problems or even perform system administrative tasks as if we were at your location.

Problem Tracking & Resolution

All client support calls are logged in our support tracking system. Steps, procedures, progress and resolutions are recorded. Open support items are reviewed by RP Solutions’ management daily and escalated as necessary.

We will promptly investigate any reported problem and exercise our best efforts to correct the problem or provide a reasonable alternative. Critical problems are escalated immediately and we assemble the appropriate resources needed to create a solution. Our policy is to work continuously to resolve any critical problems to minimize the impact on your operation.

Disaster Recovery Consulting

We can work with you to set up an affordable dedicated backup facility. Or, we'll help you establish a relationship with a third party recovery service provider such as Disaster Recovery Services, Inc. (DRS), a 20 year veteran of providing dedicated hot-site and mobile recovery facilities. DRS helps organizations deal with catastrophic loss of systems and facilities by providing duplicate recovery systems and facilities that are 100% software compatible with your primary site systems. DRS technicians provide a full array of technical support to ensure regular testing and maintenance activities are successful. Lastly, we offer a fully outsourced service via Intuition Systems. Intuition is a remittance lockbox processor with facilities in Clearwater and Jacksonville, Florida. They handle over 28 million paper and electronic payments annually for over 60 clients using the same ExpertRPS software that RP Solutions provides to its customers. With your ExpertRPS parameter and configuration files pre-loaded and fully tested on Intuition's system for processing, you would experience a seamless transition in the unfortunate event of a disaster.
